Dear Mrs Spencer, Next to my fax message of 10.30 I herewith do an appeal on the PRINCESS DIANA MEMORIAL FUND to give a contribution to the Foundation Cervantes Benelux to cover the expenses that I made and which I have calculated 76.369,08 Dutch guilders until now, without interest. The Princess Diana Fund is also part of my Cervantes Project, although it was intended to start it up during Her life. Now I intend to rebuild the foundation into an International Cervantes Foundation with the main purpose supporting humanitarian projects in Spanish speaking countries.
